Taking part in the Million Paws Walk is a meaningful way to help animals in need. We’re encouraging all animal lovers to get their sneakers out, grab their pet’s leash and bring along their best friend to Australia’s biggest Dog Day Out!

Nowhere else in Australia will you find so many dogs (and dog lovers!) walking together with a purpose of fighting animal cruelty and standing up for those who can’t stand up for themselves.

In 2019, we walk towards a future free from neglect, cruelty and abuse. Until that day, RSPCA will be here for every creature that needs our help. We couldn’t be happier that you’ve chosen to join us on that journey!

It's important that all participants - four legged and two legged alike - have a safe Million Paws Walk.

To participate in the Million Paws Walk, your dog(s) must:

* Be fully vaccinated and registered.

* Wear a collar with an identification tag.

* Be on a leash at all times.

* Have recently (3 weeks leading up to event) had their flea & worming treatment.

* Be socialised and generally non-aggressive to people or other dogs.

Strictly NO other types of animals (cats, pigs, ponies etc) are permitted to participate in the Million Paws Walk. Any animals, other than dogs, that attend the Million Paws Walk will be asked to leave along with their owner(s).

By registering to take part in the event, participants acknowledge and agree that entry to a Million Paws Walk event is at their own risk. Participants release RSPCA Qld from all claims and liability arising from any injury, loss or damage to any property, arising from attendance to the event.
